• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.  

• Items that are made to order, engraved, sized or customized are not returnable. 

• For a return, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. 

• Ship items back within 10 days of delivery. 

• To cancel a purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of that purchase. 

• Buyers are responsible for insurance and shipping costs for returns.   

• Returned items must be unused and in the original condition with the original packaging.
